Booking option #1: Select the "Returning Client" service option on the Book Now page.  Schedule your appointment as usual. You can apply your gift certificate when you book or bring it in to be applied at the time of service. If the system says there is a balance owed, ignore it/don't pay it. Your therapist will take care of it at the time of service.
